Limits of confidentiality:

•    Case will be discussed in supervision. Name and other personal information (address, contact info ...) will remain anonymous

•    Case will be reported in case of risk to the patient or others.

•    Contact may be made with Medical Practitioner.

Cancellation and missed appointments:

• Cancellations within more than 24 hour notice will be free of cost.

• In case of emergencies or forced cancellations without a 24 hour notice, the client will pay half of the fee.

• Absence without notifications will pay full fee. Various absences without notifications will bring treatment to a halt until further mutual agreement.
